What I collect
Only what you enter in the form: your name, email or Telegram, and your message. The site has no accounts and asks for nothing else.
Why
To reply to your message and discuss your project. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is your request.
I don’t send newsletters or use your data for ads.
Who sees your data
Form messages reach my inbox through [form service]. The site is hosted on [hosting]. These services process data only to deliver messages and serve the site.
I don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long I keep it
I keep our correspondence while we’re in touch and for up to 2 years after. Ask, and I’ll delete it sooner.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies. Visits are counted by [analytics service] without cookies or personal data.
Your browser stores only a technical flag so the intro animation doesn’t play twice. It’s cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict its use, or object to it. Email shopinskyi.ui@gmail.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.
You can also contact the data protection authority in your country. In Ukraine, it’s the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
